Tiger VPN sells time passes, not subscriptions. You pay once for the time you pick, it runs, and it ends. Nothing auto-renews — there is nothing to cancel. Use it lawfully, and don't expect us to guarantee access to any specific third-party service.
01. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and Inspired Technologies ("Tiger", "we", "us"), operator of Tiger VPN. By downloading, accessing, or using the app or tigervpn.io, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02. The service
Tiger VPN is a pay-as-you-go virtual private network for iPhone. You select a country and a time pass, pay, and connect through an encrypted WireGuard tunnel for the duration of that pass.
03. Passes, pricing & no auto-renewal
- Passes are sold as one-time purchases: 1 hour ($1), 24 hours ($3), Weekend ($7), and 7 days ($10). You may extend an active session (e.g. +10 min, +30 min, +1 hr).
- Prices are shown before purchase and may change over time; the price shown at checkout applies to that purchase.
- No subscription and no auto-renewal. A pass does not renew itself and will not charge you again. When time runs out, the session simply ends.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
04. Payments
Purchases are processed through Apple and/or Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge. We do not store your full payment-card details.
05. Refunds
- Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund process; request those via Apple.
- If a paid session fails due to a fault on our side and we cannot restore service, contact support@tigervpn.io and we will make it right (credit or refund of the affected pass).
06. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tiger VPN to:
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
- Send spam, malware, or launch attacks (DoS, intrusion, etc.).
- Infringe others' intellectual property or rights.
- Resell, share, or abuse a pass beyond normal personal use, or attempt to evade pass limits.
- Interfere with or probe our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, including to protect the network and other users. Report abuse or safety concerns to safety@tigervpn.io.
07. No guarantee of third-party access
A VPN changes the apparent location of your connection. We do not guarantee that any particular website, streaming service, or app will work, allow access, or remain available through the VPN. Using a VPN may also be subject to the terms of those services and of your network provider.
08. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Servers, countries, and features may change, be added, or be removed.
09. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiger and Inspired Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Tiger VPN at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
